Frequently asked questions
Are peptides legal in Europe?
It depends on the substance and its use. Peptides approved as medicines (for example semaglutide or tirzepatide) are prescription-only in the EU. Research peptides that are not approved medicines are sold as reference material for laboratory research; rules on importing, possessing and using them differ between EU countries. Many peptides (for example BPC-157, TB-500 and growth hormone secretagogues) are on the WADA prohibited list for athletes. Full guide: Are peptides legal in Europe?. Do I pay customs on an order from Germany?
No. Deliveries within the EU are intra-community supplies without customs clearance. Outside the EU (Switzerland, the UK, Norway) import duties are paid by the recipient.
Is VAT charged?
Yes. The invoice shows VAT at the rate of the destination country. Deliveries outside the EU are invoiced without German VAT.
How fast is delivery?
Orders are packed 24–48 hours after payment. Delivery takes 1–2 working days in Germany, 2–4 in Austria and the Benelux countries and 4–6 in the rest of the EU.
How can I pay?
By SEPA bank transfer, Revolut or Bitcoin (10 % off the merchandise value). The checkout is in German; the payment details are sent by e-mail.
